After reading up the past few days and deciding on whether this was for me or not, I have bought two kettlebells!! Starting off light but was wondering what program you all would recommend? I am looking for all over work outs and I have quite heavy...13st 10 at 5ft4 Also quite unfit but with a lot of determination. I just need to get back into shape after getting married and eating everything in sight. Any help would be well appreciated
