I am currently doing WW with little success - have no will power and hence struggle to stick to points.
I am considering doing LL (will be lite) but worry re weight gain once start eating 'normal' food again. Also I dont want shakes etc to consume my eating and it control my life. Any feedback would be great. Thanks
