Hi I’ve been doing slimming world for 3 weeks now. I have been sticking to it so well, weighing out my foods and drinking enough water, 5-10 syns a day and exercising every day. The first week I lost 8 lbs but the 2nd week I gained 2lbs and this week I’ve gained 2lbs again I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong!!
