Thank you so much for replying! My trouble is I never feel full!!! I've been having a large bowl of shredded wheat for breakfast with skimmed milk, chicken pieces and fruit for lunch, wholewheat pasta and passata with cheese from weekly points and then occasionally another bowl of cereal if still hungry in the evening. Weekly points are used on cheese, cereal bars and alcohol at weekend. If still hungry not sure whether to eat something from points or tuck into the 'free foods'. Just so confused and I have a dress to get into in 8 weeks so don't want to waste anymore weeks doing this diet if it doesn't work?! Thanks again for your reply.
