Hello
I joined the Cambridg diet in may 2016
I was on it for like 3 months and I lost 21 lbs
And the big change was in my body
And it was the first diet with a real result
I discontinued it because it was too expensive
And I regained 70% of my weight with junk food and the usual unhealthy life style
I tried to do A diet on my own and I ended up losing and gaining the double of what I lost
So I stopped and decided to get back on the Cambridge diet again
I started on oct 24
I finished one month
But the issue is I only lost 8.9 lbs in a month
I started on step 3 For 10 days
And step 2 for 20 days till now
i find my weight loss very slow
And I’m doing it what the consultant ask me
And exercising also
What is the problem with my body !!!
