Not a great day yesterday, but not as bad as i thought it would be...had a funny tummy and ended up nit eating an awful lot.
B - tin of beans, 2 veggie sausages, mushrooms and leeks, 2 slices of nimble (HEXB)
L - tiny bit of cous cous, salad, plum and grapes, soy yogurt, tomatoes (2 syns)
D - 2 alpen light (HEXB), 400ml choc oat milk (HEXA) ryvita minis, a few veggie sausages and small bit of salad but didn't really have an appetite.(5 syns)
then started drinking, had 3 mini bottles of wine, then a can of 100plus, then 4 pints of cider, then cupof tea with sugar, a few cans of strongbow...then a mushroom and pepper wrap which was yummy!
sounds bad BUT I drank a hell of a lot less than usual.
Today I'm still on the road and having to eat on the go - and its awful! The options for vegan eating are atrocious. so I caved in and bought a pot of full fat caramelised onion hummous with 3 bread rolls...packet of crisps...some dark chocolate...did eat some fruit though! I'm amazed though as a few months ago the 3 bread rolls would have been devoured but i've only eaten half of one so far...and i feel really full! i think my stomach has shrunk a LOT. Will be drinking tonight and still need to get some dinner in me, plus eat on the move tomorrow but then Im home in the afternoon, back on plan and back to home made lovely food
