Hello to you the reader.
As the post title says it's this is my ramblings
I have been on the weight loss path since October 14. I was following the SW plan and did well but realised that as much as I love SW I need to have the flexibility to count calories or propoints........This led me to having a fling with WW last week but life has decided to dish me a big dose of maniciness and after 4 days I found counting points became all too much.
I have realised that I do still need a food/weight loss diary. It helps keep me balanced with healthy eating and i love connecting with people
I don't want to commit to a thread within the slimming club sub forums as I've realised that there is a possibility that I might chop and change diets
I can't promise that I'll be able to commit to being on plan but I will promise I'll post everyday
