Good morning all, I've been doing SW for a while but have not been very successful wth it (infact I was rubbish). So have decided to give WW another go, its been a while so I'm hoping that lots of you will give me advice and support . I tend to try and put my diary on in advance and change it if anything happens, I also added my points into a weekly total and already deducted 2 points per day for my milk allowance, so if you see a daily total of 14 points, its actually 16, if that makes sense. I kept forgetting to include my milk last time so this will combat that hopefully.
Anyway:
Here goes nothing!!
Day 1 Week 1
Points for week (excluding milk) 126
Breakfast
Oats so simple - 2
shape zero - 1
lunch
2 x ham/cheese rolls - 4.5
velvet crisps - 1
apple - 0.5
dinner
pasta salad - 2.5
extra veg - 0
alpen bar - 1
total for day = 12.5
left for week 113.5
all points have been worked out either using my calculator or the WW scales.
