This is my food diary. i have now been doing this diet for a week and a half so thought i'd better start one
my current goal is to loose as much weight as i can by the 10th of September for my friends wedding (which as my username suggests i am going to be a bridesmaid for) .... will have to get a new username after the wedding.... or find another friend who is getting married and wants me as a bridesmaid, lol
i started this diet on : 26 / 07 / 2011
weighing : 16 stone exactly
my weigh-in days are: Tuesdays
Please feel free to read my diary and let me know if you see anything i have pointed wrong. or give me ideas of other things i could have
i will back track my diary so it starts on day 1.
I know on some days it will look like i haven't eaten a lot (or used all my points) its only because i eat if and when i'm hungry .... so if i wasn't hungry i wouldn't have eaten ... i'm not starving myself i just don't see the point in eating something just because i had the points there to use !
