Ok weird food for the last 2 days, sometimes I eat the weirdest things at the weekend, and I never know why. Not really much fruit and veg over the last 2 days, must improve!

Well I didn't track what I've been eating as computer was being a doofus, I finally got it back yesterday (after being fixed and costing me £50!)and was supposed to start my exercise this week but I've slipped 2 discs in my back on thursday, so I can barely wash myself let alone walk anywhere!

But even though I didnt track properly I still lost 3lb :D

Back to tracking today!! :D

Well TOTM came last night and I'm so bloated and holding water it's unreal, I normally gain between 4-7lb during TOTM and had my weigh in this morning and im up 6lb!
I'm also having problems going to the toilet ( due to my meds they can make you really constipated), I know I need to up my fruit and veg but havent been for 5 days! So it all adds to my massive gain :eek: I could cry! I know it's only water and you know what, and most of it will be gone by next weigh in, but that not the point :( I feel like such a massive failure! even the days off I stuck to it.

Ah well lets look forward to this week :)
 
well yesterday was a really weird day of food! It was all pre-preared, high fat high sugar junk! :eek: but I spent 3 hours arguing with the bank, then I had to nap as my meds make me so exhausted I can't keep my eyes open, then the bank called me back, after another couple of hours of arguing, the next set of meds kicked in and went to sleep and woke up 10.30pm and was hungry but it was too late to start cooking!

Im really ashamed of what I ate, im too embarrassed to put up what I ate but it came to 52 pp which isnt as bad as I thought!

Another weird day of food! I'm sleeping so much and really can't stand up for long enough to make myself proper food, which is why I love WW, if I had been on any other diet I'd of been screwed!
