So I decided to start a wee food diary, I have been following we ProPoints for 1 year now and have gone from17st 1lb to 13st 10.5lbs ... My lowest was 13st 5.5lbs but had a couple of months off and think this will help me get back on track xxxx
Today I had
chopped boiled egg in a cup with a teaspoon of extra light flora (3pp)
2 homemade cupcakes (4pp each, 8pp)
Bowl of home made butternut squash and red onion soup (0pp)
Homemade chicken bites with a medley of frozen veg, little butter on veg and light garlic mayo to dip (8pp)
Drinks, only water today for me (0pp)
Total: 19pp so far xxx
