Hi everyone, here i go again with the weight watchers!!!
abit about me.... I am 28 and currently 10s 11.5, my target is to be down to 9s 7lb and set that as my target, i then want to be 9s. this year for me is about doing things for myself i have a list i want to complete and this list seems to be growing
I have done weight watchers for the past year and my weight hasnt budged but i think i just messed around and never took it seriously so i decided to go to a personal trainer for a diet ( more an experiment for my partner) i then worked out my diet and it was gonna be chicken and rice....blurgh boring!!! so when i was at my weight watcher class ( i am a helper) she introduced simple start!! 2 days in and i love it!!! Im also starting to walk the pooch more, i have a shih tzu and she has just got over a phantom pregnancy and is sooooo lazy!! a bit like me:snooty: so im building her and myself up. i wanna walk at least 5mile a day and possibly more at a weekwnd. i have done this before and my losses were fantastic.........
yesterday was my first day so was getting to girps with it all.
Breakfast - 2 x crumpets
Lunch - jacket pot with beans
Dinner - Chili and potato cubes with veggies.
Snacks - sugar free jelly, banana
- 2x eggy crumpets
Treat 1 - 2 tsp butter
Treat 2 - ww choc bar.

Todays food
Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch - Bacon, 2 x toast, beans, tom, mushrooms and baby potatoes.
Dinner - Steak, Sweet potato mash and veggies
Treat 1 - 2 tsp butter
Treat 2 - 2 ww bis
snack - sugar free jelly and maybe some greek yog with banana later or eggy crumpets ( im addicted)
