I've set myself a goal of losing 10 stone in 15 months for two reasons. The first being I've been dithering about losing weight for too long and second I'm getting married in September next year and hate the thought of starting married life as unhappy with myself as I have been for the last 20 years.
I've got more than 10 stone to lose but this is my first major goal and am going to set myself smaller mini goals along the way. I lost over 4 stone with Weight Watchers in the past but a miscarriage, losing my grandfather, moving house and other ups and downs meant I gained it all back and another 21lbs. I tried slimming world earlier this year but it did nothing for me. I don't doubt that it works (it's working brilliantly for some lovely ladies I know) but I need the structure and the portion control that WW gives me so here I am.
This is my third week and so far I have lost 9lb, 7 in my first week and 2 in my second. I'm doing it at home for now unless my motivation wanes then I will start going to my local class and get a leader to kick me up the arS!
You may find my diary repetitive because I am a creature of habit and once I enjoy something and know the points value of it I eat it a lot lol
Today's food -
Breakfast - Dairlyea light on toast with a cup of tea and a nectarine
Lunch - Carrots, cabbage and broccoli with a ww chicken hotpot and a peach for desert
Snack - Skips, 3x celebrations chocolates
Tea - No idea yet too full to even think about it
