I've had a look at harvester and their values don't give you the fibre option, which ofc you need now on ProPoints, so instead i've done what some WW members/helpers etc have said by doing cals divided by 40 to get PP...

I must STRESS! that these are not official like the ones above as those above i've worked out each by myself with protein, carbs, fibre and fats, but ofc with these i can't. Therefore i've rounded up by 1 or 2pp for each one to be on safe side, so it's alright as a guide line until we get the Official ones for Harvester unless someone already has them? :D ...

I've only got what's on the site i'm afraid hun, same with the Chinese one above, they don't seem to be putting out a big list like before just selected things! :confused: :mad:

As the speical chow mein is 9pp and the mushroom one 6pp people are stating just to put the chicken one as 7pp/8pp until the official correct amount is worked out etc id put it was 8pp to be on safe side and if it is any less then at least you've counted for it etc

As for the chinese NI, do we know how much this is for? A standard box out of the take away or a meal in a restaurant? Just trying to figure out how many PPs I ate in my chinese buffet earlier...:cry:

tbh hun when on the old plan i took it to be the whole portion as it's served, and i've never gained due to doing it that way! The ww books normally say points for portion unless otherwise stated and by this i take it to mean the whole lot otherwise they would put half a tray or something like that, everyone on here i feel just uses the values as the whole tray and still see losses! :) only thing i know that's not for whole lot and that's prawn crackers, as it states 'average' portion :) xx
 
I know this might be asking a lot but do you know the points of a filet o fish. It really the only thing other then nuggets I eat in McDonals.

Leaving around 4pm its ok if you don't will stick to a chicken nugget meal with water...

I love chicken shish and have been counting 8pp not including any sauce (don't really know how much to count for that:sigh:)

An average chicken breast is 4pp and average pitta is also 4pp plus all the salad would be free (not including coleslaw - again this is probably mega high!)

I had a chicken shish with a pitta and coleslaw and i had over 30pp spare and that week i gained 0.5lb! It was the only thing i had different so i wont be having that again, i will stick to chow meins lol
 
The eating out book also missed out the prego steak roll from nandos which I always had which i worked out from the website as being 11 pro points, but without any spice baste. Just incase anyone eats the chicken livers and portuguese roll that is 17! so prob not a great choice anyway hehe
 
I worked out burger king chilli cheese bites are 7 pro points, cheesy bites are 6, the new 3 pepper angus burger is 19 points and the sticky toffee pudding bk fusion dessert is 8 pts.
