i seem to have two different Simply filling PDF lists!!

Yep the bottom one is the US one so go by the top one although some people do use both and make certain tweaks that haven't affected losses. The uk one doesn't seem to have crumpets on there and as I'm sure many on here will tell you, crumpets are an SF staple! Any other questions and I'm sure there'll be someone on here who can help! Yeah, definitely add in crumpets to the top one!! SF without crumpets just wouldn't be the same!

I did use the american list as it has avocado and popcorn. Brightens up my life. I lost 2 and a half stone last year following the USA list.
But my mum now attends weight watchers and has a online password, so i put the app on my iphone and used her details. I am not sure whether to revert back to the uk list or not (as the app fits with that) or whether to carry on with USA list.
 
If the American list is working for you then I would be tempted to stick with it. It does have some really appealing things on there but unfortunately it lacks the bread products that are on the UK one which I find make simply filling so much easier to stick to rather than something like slimming world.

Well done on the weight loss though, that's super!
