Ok ... doesnt' seem any teams running so thought would start one and see how it goes...

Just copy and paste the rules and the section below with your weigh in results each week to keep it going.

1. Put your name and wanted weight loss under the day you weigh.

2. Each week use either - + or sts and adjust your lbs accordingly.

We don't have that much longer left in the month.. but each month we will put how much we want to loose and I will make sure that is it updated.. I am normally on in the evenings.

But saying that we don't have that much longer.. it is only the 17th so come Newbies... we can lose that weight can't we :flirt2:

Vix.. great you only have 1lb left to loose so that extra is a bonus... don't think you don't have to carry on weighing in each week!! Think of the extra lbs over the massive 10lbs you will have lost .. great work :D

Kellie Mum.... welcome.. it doesn't matter that you have only been doing it for one week... well done to you... you lost 4lb already!!! :clap:

I think it's the law to have them ! Think of my whilst you eat them , I'm having to manage with fags & peach tictacs after my 10pp blow out earlier !
 
You can get peach tictacs? Where the hell from? I want some. (And a ciggie, but quit those a while ago. Still no pp in them at least) ;-)
Gone for 4 jaffas. There might be more soon.
 
I get them from the garage, peach & passionfruit, gorgeous ! they do grape ones too but haven't seen them about in ages
