4lbs for me in March i think, OH's 21st so planning on eating out a few times and drinking, so as long as i get STS's for the most part i'll be happy with even 1lb loss! lol
so on your first weigh in , in march do we post the loss/gain here and do so for each weigh in after that so once four weigh ins have past, thats the "march challange" over?

Pretty much, it depends how many WI's you can fit into each month, sometimes it's 4 sometimes 5 etc, depends how many days are in the month and what day your WI is on lol but basically it's like mini goals each month, you put down a target for the month, if you make it or go over it great if not, just gives you motivation to work harder next month!
