Finally Pregnant!!
Just thought I'd set myself a little challenge... As today is Monday, the start to a new week.. and a new Month.. I'm gona set myself a challange to lose... 4lb...
Anyone care to join in my challange??

Any goal is a good goal hun.. As I say its just for ourselves.. I think i'm being a bit much 4 but I live in hope.. lol
And hopefully with kettlebells too I can get there.. :)

True about any goal being a good goal,when is your next kettle bell session? Aw a pound a week is good :0)

We were meant to go last Wednesday.. But I had an upset tummy.. So going tonight AND Wednesday this week.... :eek:

WOW.. Big loss.. Go you.. I'm a chicken with 4.. But I think that's a bit too ambitious.. But we'll see how I get on :)
 
Well I am hoping for the best LOL

Just gonna go for it - I am aiming to have a 100% October 2012 - I always cheat & come right off plan at the weekend so I need to keep myself focused.

I lost 2.5lbs of that already so only 4.5lbs to go!!

We can do it

Yea I do the same.. Am considering giving up alcohol for a while.. Have a Christening this weekend (Sunday) but don't think am gona drink at it.. N after that I don't think I've anything on..

Oh actually scrap that one that was my Saturday WI which was still in September - duhhhhhhhhhhhh

Well still a great loss.. Even if it was last month :)

Yea its not even the drinking PP's that put me off.. Its the food that follows the drinking.. WHY oh WHY do I turn into a greedy PIG when I've had a drink?!
 
Oh me too I actually eat way too much when I am hungover - its not good.

Its my friends birthday night at the weekend so I am going to try & stay off the drink.

I was out Thursday for Arthur's Day and drank WAY too much Bulmers Light.. Not a good start for me this week seen as its * week this week too.. I'm probably gona be up 3 r 4 which will mean 3 weeks to lose 8LBS to get goal :( Really should have thought that goal thru.. Whoops...
 
Can I join please! Have gone off track the last couple of weeks as been on holiday with mates etc! It's my birthday on the 13th oct aswell so want to loose 3lbs by then and about 5lbs by the end of the month x

Total loss so far- 51lbs!! 9lbs to go

Yea I remembered you couldn't go last week,well done for making up for it by going twice this week :0)
 
Oh I'm the same its the first * week I have had in months cos I am on that mini pill it drives me mental!

So I'm thinking 7lbs may be a bit high haha buttttttttttt it is a challenge so I'll just leave it I think

Oh no.. Hate irregular periods.. Nightmare.. Always far more painful too :(
