HAS ANYONE TRIED THIS & HAD SUCCESS?
LAST WEEK I STAYED THE SAME WEIGHT AND THIS WEEK HAVE LOST 1/2 POUND :sigh: SO REALLY FEEL I NEED A BOOST. I HAVE ABOUT 1 1/2 STONE TO LOSE.
I AM ON 18 POINTS A DAY BUT THIS WEEK MOST DAYS ONLY HAD 16 BUT STILL NO GREAT LOSS.
DOES ANYONE KNOW THE DAILY AMOUNTS TO HAVE ON THE WENDY PLAN? I THOUGHT YOU HAD TO HAVE THE HIGH DAY AS FAR AWAY FROM WEIGH DAY AS POSSBILE FROM YOUR WEIGH IN DAY BUT SOMEONE ON THE WW SITE RECOMMENDED TO HAVE IT A COUPLE OF DAYS BEFORE WEIGHING ???
