Autumn Challenge - as promised!

Hi Guys

So as the summer challenge has officially finished this week, im setting up an autumn challenge to run along side the xmas one. However this on is 9 weeks (first wi next week) and therefore its a shorter more focused challenge!

Hope everyone is up for it!!

I would like a stone gone that would be ace!!

I'll join - I've been on Xenical about 10 days so far. Had one WI at Slimming World and had lost 1.5lbs that week.. however tomorrow will be my next one. Hoping for at least 3lbs!

9 weeks? I think i'd like to see 18lbs go in that time - so 2lbs a week

Tomorrows wi won't count towards this challenge but next weeks wi will

Yay! Go you setting the standards High theres no reason you can achieve that!!!

I'll make a proper list of people and targets when more people join hope that's ok xxx

I'm on SW + Xen and a new mum without a car so we walk everywhere I hope that the changes along with the walking will really help me loose the weight. I want to loose around 5 stone in total, thought I have set my interim target at 2.5 stone off.. of which 8lbs is already gone

Yep tomorrow's on the summer!!

I'll update that one again on the 31st - I've posted the final week update on there so good luck at wi!! Xx

Hope ive got everyone down correctly - any changes let me know - and from sunday any weigh ins count! The summer challenge finishes this week - so hopefully we will get some fab results on this challenge too!!!

Hi please could you add me, i only start taking my tablets in the morning but got weighed today. I get weighed in at the doctors in 4 weeks, is it o.k to give you my loss then or does it have to be weekly? And please can i set my target loss for 20lb, as i normlly lose a lot the first week.
