thanks ladies. it wasn't so much the splitting but if i had quantities right but sure i do with
not had anything to eat since 2-3pm yet feel really bloated
only had chicken and bacon salad...strange
If you're eating more SF it can have that affect sometimes! I found when i first started back on SW last October after a couple of months off, I had trouble in the old bowel department lol! Too much fibre can do that to ya!

god really...thought veg was good for you ha. didn't stop me eating crunchie. please tell me you all use your syns on crap too?
looking over the past few days the main thing different to my previous weeks is that i am conscious of and counting syns. love the fact i can/are getting my head round the different plans as its a revelation. it was the limited bread and cheese option i suppose that was making me sulk. toast for breakfast? well bang goes that lovely sandwich for lunch haha what a numpty.
speaking of which...why do the thinnest of wholemeal bread slices all weigh so differently depending on who makes it? bread is bread?
again on that note....yes another question. i am right in thinking that i could have sandwich with cold meat cheese and pickle on a red day using healthy extra for cheese and bread and syns for pickle?

Yes veg is good for you but the fibre can do that sometimes until your body gets used to it!
It depends on my day really & what syns im having. Sometimes they're taken up with sauces, pickle, oil etc & other times its with choc, crisp etc.....but i don't view that as crap as a little fat is good for you!
If you know your going to have all your HexB's on bread for a sandwich at lunch, have some fruit & yogurt or eggs for breakfast.
You'll find the the calorific values are different in all breads as the ingredients/amounts will differ i.e more oil or sugar.
Yep to the sandwich on a red day....cheese as a hex & bread as a hexb.

see i have never ever thought of having all the bread in the one sitting. somebody shoot me. no wonder i get hungry as i would only have 2 slices bread at one sitting. now i can have four if i syn the extra 10g..yay!!

Also has anyone ever tried a body contouring wrap? I google them a bit and they r meant to be good for toning the skin and inch loss while losing weight
I bought two kits for it today. They where meant to be £30 but when scanned in they where actually reduced to 6.50!!!! Bargin so I grabbed the last two. I'm excited to use them but wanted to know had anyone else?
