Anyone in the 9s want to be in the 8's ??

thanks ladies. it wasn't so much the splitting but if i had quantities right but sure i do with:)
not had anything to eat since 2-3pm yet feel really bloated
only had chicken and bacon salad...strange

If you're eating more SF it can have that affect sometimes! I found when i first started back on SW last October after a couple of months off, I had trouble in the old bowel department lol! Too much fibre can do that to ya!

god really...thought veg was good for you ha. didn't stop me eating crunchie. please tell me you all use your syns on crap too?
looking over the past few days the main thing different to my previous weeks is that i am conscious of and counting syns. love the fact i can/are getting my head round the different plans as its a revelation. it was the limited bread and cheese option i suppose that was making me sulk. toast for breakfast? well bang goes that lovely sandwich for lunch haha what a numpty.
speaking of which...why do the thinnest of wholemeal bread slices all weigh so differently depending on who makes it? bread is bread?
again on that note....yes another question. i am right in thinking that i could have sandwich with cold meat cheese and pickle on a red day using healthy extra for cheese and bread and syns for pickle?
think i am getting there folks eeekk!!

Yes veg is good for you but the fibre can do that sometimes until your body gets used to it!
It depends on my day really & what syns im having. Sometimes they're taken up with sauces, pickle, oil etc & other times its with choc, crisp etc.....but i don't view that as crap as a little fat is good for you!
If you know your going to have all your HexB's on bread for a sandwich at lunch, have some fruit & yogurt or eggs for breakfast.
You'll find the the calorific values are different in all breads as the ingredients/amounts will differ i.e more oil or sugar.

see i have never ever thought of having all the bread in the one sitting. somebody shoot me. no wonder i get hungry as i would only have 2 slices bread at one sitting. now i can have four if i syn the extra 10g..yay!!

I tend to do night shifts, so have a meal before i go to work which is mainly green days & then take sandwiches for my lunch at 2am! 4 slices of wm bread with egg & baby plum tomatoes on the side.....fills me up. Then munching on fruit, velvet crunch & a wee bit of choccie!

We have no money left til end of week. We only have chicken and veg. Like onions , toms, mushrooms and spices n herbs.

We r always making currys with rice n stuff but want to not have rice. Anyone any idea of what I can make?

I'm also trying to stay away from pasta but was then thinking I could do a chicken pasta bake

I've tried the boots sanctuary ones. Yes I got inch loss but only about 1/4-1/2 inch in each place and to be honest it made no visible difference. Let us know how you get on with them :)

well both me and little one have decided we didn't need to get up today, my phone cancelled my alarm so it didn't even go off and I had to go and wake little one. Ahh well another week starts :)

I've just sent a request to give blood again as well, they'd put a hold on it while they were investigating my cyst but now they're not, so I should be able to give it again :) will wait to find out, kind of nervous though as last time I gave it was when I fainted. Will just make sure I have something to eat beforehand and have a banana for after and if need be I'll have some biscuits or a chocolate bar after.

I'm good today, got the bathrooms cleaned and also done my crosstrainer and crunches.

Mums managed to wind me up but I've calmed down now, she was getting all funny about little one kicking off yesterday at her house and crying in the street, he'd just been at his dads who always spoils him and it always takes a couple of hours for him to get out of that attitude. He'd decided he wanted sweets so he started crying about it, we told him he couldn't have them because of how he was behaving, I told him off and got him in the car. What else could I have done? My mum was saying how I need to get him out of it, I asked what else I could have done as I told him off and didn't give him what he wanted and she just kept going on about how I needed to do something because its every time he goes to hers, I pointed out that he didn't on Wed and she said yeah well he hasn't been here for a while before then... which surely proves my point that it isn't all the time as he didn't on Wed and then hasn't been there for a while.
Anyway I asked her what I could do, I was very close to saying I can't exactly tape his mouth shut and she thought I was having a go and said she had to get off, but I wasn't having a go, I was literally just asking her what could I do? How can she constantly tell me I need to do something but not actually give any suggestions on what I should be doing?

So after I'd calmed down I text asking if she thinks telling him if he does it again we won't go the following week ect. she won't like that as we'll have to follow through with it and then she won't see him, but if she's embarrassed to have him on her street then why does she want to see him anyway. Also her suggestion was if he kicks off one week she'll punish him the next week for it, but that's not fair as one he won't understand as much as if he just doesn't go and two my niece and nephew also go, so how can she punish him for something he did a week a go and treat them normally? He's only 4, he won't understand completely.
