Any one know if these are free or what the syn value is, I have the chicken flavour.

The 'Mug Shots' are syn free on EE and Green. The Spicy Sweet & Sour is usually the first one to go out of stock at my local Tesco although they do a chicken one too.

They taste very similar to the Bachelors version and it's a little cheaper as well.
