I've just started to attempt to change my life 2 weeks ago. I'm currently training in healthcare so need to be fit if I become a paramedic as such.

I am 5ft 11 and weighed 16 stone. Now I'm at 14st 11 in 2 weeks but my appetite has slowly come back. I'm fighting the urge but how the hell do you all do it? I'm not sure how long I could last to be honest.

My diet consists of tuna in spring water, garden peas in water and drained and washed baby potatoes. I eat 3 apples a day. Only drink water and have a muller lite yogurt as a treat. It's only about 800 calories a day and I have been doing a power of cardio.

Any advice on what I could do as I'm terrified of the weight piling back on?

Hi.

Thanks a lot for your quick reply.

I know that it's not the healthiest way to go about it unfortunately, I've had a close family friend who is a nutritionist giving me tips each day just to keep up my energy levels without going into any form of ill-health. Taking multigrains every day, it's really just a quick loss untilI got to 14 stone and it's work miles beyond my wildest dreams but I know that much loss is not good for you.

Then I really need to know what to eat, keeping it healthy, with my 5-a-day and the correct vitamins and nutrition. I'll have a look at the ones you mentioned, thank you.

On the last part, I apologise, I didn't see that thread. I was given it by a nutritionist.
