Are any of the microwave rice pouches free or low syn on green?

Most are not free but syns depend on brand and flavour. Try doing a search as there are lots of threads about the different brands like uncle ben's, veetee, tilda etc

I think the rice fushions are 2.5syns each and the Mediterranean one is really nice! you can work them out it's usually 1syn for every 20 calories

Sorry, that's not correct as rice itself is a free food, so you have to use syns online or the syns calculator to work it out.

The 1 syn/20 calories rule only applies to things with no fre food allowance.
