Hello all!
I am new to SW I have been to classes and got the books etc, however money is tight and I can’t really affords so hoping I can get some support and advise from here

Today
Extra Easy
HEX 2x Alpen light summer fruits
hex skimmed milk
Breakfast
Banana
apple
orange
Lunch
pasta N SAUCE broccoli and cheese (1)
large salad
Dinner
Minced beef onion Oxo topped with Swede and carrot served with green beans

total syns 1

Does this sound ok???
 
Not 100% sure. according to my book, pasta'n'sauce is 2.5 syns per 100g cooked weight. Every thing else seems fine. Good luck :)

Be sure to measure your milk, to make sure you're getting the right amount for your HEx allowance. It's amazing how much difference it can make to your WI result by just guessing the measurements rather than actually measuring.

pasta N SAUCE broccoli and cheese (1) You might want to double check this, as 1 Syn seems pretty low.

Minced beef <-- Is this extra lean? Only Extra Lean Mince is FREE, any other kind needs to be Synned. onion Oxo topped with Swede and carrot served with green beans It looks like you've definitely got your 1/3 SuperFree here. Good job! :)

Thankyou i did measure my milk and the beef is extra lean.
As for the pasta an sauce i have checked and double chicken and made up with just water comes at 0.5 syns on here
Someone please triple check i love them and so want to be doing this right

Sounds fine but I wuld up your syns a bit, you shouldbe having a minimum of 5 a day. Not eating enough slows your weight loss down as well as eating too much :)
