Hi i am new to this, on sw easy extra plan and had 1st weigh in today, only lost 1kg
, not sure if i am getting my head around the plan properly and would be very grateful of any advice.

2 ryvita (heb) 2 low fat cheeses slices, sliced cucumber
dinner
mixed salad. ham couscous.
