struggling

Hi i am new to this, on sw easy extra plan and had 1st weigh in today, only lost 1kg :( , not sure if i am getting my head around the plan properly and would be very grateful of any advice.

Todays diary

mullerlight fat free yogurt with blueberries

snack

stick celery

lunch

2 ryvita (heb) 2 low fat cheeses slices, sliced cucumber

dinner

mixed salad. ham couscous.

snack

Drinks

nettle tea and lots of water
