Hello, I have just registered on here, I am wanting to get some tips and advice from other dieters.
I will tell you a little bit about myself:
I am 26, female, I have always been on the large side. I am a very fussy eater and I suppose that is why I struggle with weight loss.
I don't eat meat or fish, I pretty much live off everything that is bad for me, Cheese, pizza, pasta, bread and chips.
I need to find some foods that are good for me, I don't mind fruit which is a good thing I suppose.
