ive just startrd the old points ww system, which i looked up about online after looking at pro points and a very many people saying they gained weight instead of losing it, so i used an online calculator for the old points to work out how many points im allowed a day to reach my target. it also says that u have 35 bonus points a wk for treats (going out 4 meals etc) i just want to check this is true pls. also i keep hearing most fruit and veg is zero but my calculator says their 1 point so far except bananas and kiwis are 2 and avocodo is 26.
any advice and help would be appreciated iv not gone 2 any meetings, i jas cant allow myself spend the money 2 join when i could use the money on my son. my friend recommended this site for support advice and people all wanting 2 suceed.
