Day 1 Feeling ? Ready to rumble (hope my belly won't too) B/fast Choc Shake Lunch raspberry shake Dinner - stew and veg Snack - 2 x satsumas, a raw carrot, ww chicken noodle soup. Packet of wotsits I am using the tesco shakes as I think they taste much nicer.
