I’m looking for a quick short term fix as I’m on a 4 week countdown to holidays. I’ve lost 1stone with regular dieting but have hit a plateau and have now lost my focus.
I want to do meal replacements for breakfast and lunch but I don’t know where to start. I’m hoping I can do shakes and bars, but want the most filling ones out there to stop me getting hungry.
Can anyone recommend anything please?
