Sorry, had been away. in truth I told myself if I was going to go out I would eat normally, however I would go straight back to calorie counting the very next day. This has worked for me, in the past I always thought I had blew it and would carry on overeating. However I told myself this time that i may put on weight or stay the same but as I am on this diet for the long term I don't beat myself up about the odd week. i am still losing weight.
