Hi everyone, have been reading your other threads the last few days and have decided to give my own a go.
My name is Dianne, i am 29 (38 days away from the big 3 0). I have been dieting on and off for a number of years without getting anywhere. Had a baby last September, but i cant even blame him for the weight gain as only put on one and half stone for pregnancy and that was gone three weeks after birth. But i have put on a stone since then being at home eating all around me. But back at work now so much better.
Decided to go back to weight watchers so started back there four weeks ago, i was so used to the old points system that the propoint seem like a lot to eat but i manage it and have been loosing each week so far. I am on 34pp a day and my leader said to use them all along with all my weeklies so have done that each week with good results.
My sister is getting married on 31st August this year and i am Chief Bridesmaid so really wanted to loose a stone for that so far have lost 9.5lb so looks good might have to review that target.
