Thank you. I have the app and I am using it too c.c however I am a bit of a techno phob and have not figured out how to use it for anything other than c.c. I will have to have a play around on itI'm on an app that I can't name!! but is used for calorie counting?? Hopefully u will have guessed lol but u can follow me on that too and I can follow u my user name is as above but with 86 on the end! X

I have lost 4.5 lbs - I think that may have been due to water retention rather than actual fat. First week of C.C. No longer classed as obese
2 lbs off this week . First half stone gone..let it be the first of many .

Stayed the same :/ was going to happen cos I had a binge afternoon yesterday. I say binge, really i made a shake up for yesterdays lunch and when i got round to drinking it, it tasted disgusting!! dont know if some of the ingredients went a bit funny so absolutely starving i ended up at mcdonalds, had a chicken deli sandwich sounds ok till i made it a meal and ate the fries then when i got home i had a bag of maltesers! But rubbish cos I had some really good gym sessions last week but they didn't show up cos of yesterday. Hoping next week will be better but this weeks been half term so haven't been able to get to the gym

I have done the link you sent it says 1402 resting metabolic rate and daily calorie requirement with light exercise is 1963, so if i eat about 1400 will i lose am i reading it correct x
