So I ve been on SW for 7 weeks now and up to last night thought I was doing ok... until BOOM !! a pound gain
Soooooo i ve decided to keep this diary to show myself where I am going wrong as it is all to easy to forget those little hidden syns. I also thought it might give anyone who is interested ideas as i find the diary of others fascinating and inspirational ... so here goes... Oh and please feel free to pick me up on where I am going wrong
Wednesday
Extra Easy -
Breakfast - tomatoes, mushrooms, 2 x sainsburys extra lean sausages (2syns) Brown sauce (1 Syn)
Lunch - SW Chickem cacciatore (without the chicken), rice (3Syns), babysweetcorn, green beans, brocolli
Dinner - Fish, Peppers, rice, brocolli, sweetcorn
Snacks - raspberries, slice of chicken, 2 matchmakers (2syns)
Hexa Skimmed milk
Hexb Hi fi Bar
Total Syns - 8 Syns
