Any support is fabulous. I’ll look for your diary!
ChubbyUnicorn well done on 32lb loss. Which keto was it? Food or pack based? I'm Exante at the moment but want to do SW for maintenance. Six weeks is a long time to stall. Are you sure it wasn't fluid retention? Being a wheelchair user I know how that can really mess up results when you can't exercise. Good luck on your journey, is your condition permanent leaving you bed bound?
I really don't feel much different, easier to get around and I can walk more but when I look in the mirror I see no change though others do remark on my weight loss.I think I am down two maybe three sizes but when you are as big as me its hard to tell.Someone told me to measure myself and note the changes, just haven't got round to it yet.Fat pat 4 stone since September on SW is fantastic. I tried SW but decided to do Exante for a food break to refocus. How long before you felt different or people noticed? I've heard xls can have some unpleasant side effects. Isn't SW low fat anyway? Good luck on the rest of your journey. You've inspired me to keep going. I can't wait to be less than 20st.
It really does go on quick when immobile. Good for you doing what you have. I like Exante because it’s got all the vitamins in it I need so don’t have to worry. I don’t have to think which is great just now. Medication can cause havoc. Good luck! Keep in touch and keep going!Been ten years so far so looking that way (bedbound mostly immobile-) at least for now.
No packs just basic common or garden Keto. I’m glad the 32lb is gone but I’m scared if I change anything I’ll put it back on again as nobody could find any reason why I was putting on weight apart from the meds I have to take. None of my specialists said they could see any way I could change diet and lose weight as my body is in a lot of hassle at the moment so they said just don’t worry about it...
...wasn’t them who were approaching 20 stone at half a pound a week
