Would you consider coming off plan for a day or two? Not go totally bonkers but eat some extra things.it may kick start your losses again. If that doesn't work then maybe you have met your physical target.Yet again, another STS (sounding like a disease now) for me. I don't know why I am not losing any more. Does that mean that my body is telling me I have reached my target. I really want to lose that 1.5 lbs so I will be happy that I have reached the target I have set for myself.
