AMOUNT OF FOOD ON PLATE

Im new and have a question.

Is this ok for an evening meal?

Jacket potatoe with spicy mince
Baked beans on the side
And a third of the plate with salad?
 
Sounds good, make sure it's the 5% mince or you drain all the fat off, as with the salad they say 1/2 your plate of salad/speed, but if your someone who has a lot of fruit/veg anyway then 1/3 will be alright. Just remeber the more speed you have the better the weight loss. Good luck x
