Apple Cider Vinegar accelerates loss?

So I've read lots of places about the Apple Cider Vinegar diet (1 tbs of ACV mixed with water 15 mins before each meal).

It states it helps you lose weight.

Any thoughts or anyone tried alongside SW?

ACV, like green tea extract is a thermogenic. Which means it raises your bodies core temperature and in turn increases your metabolism meaning you burn more calories. It also aids in the breaking down of fats and digestion of food, so combined with a calorie controlled or healthier diet you can get some good losses.
