I would usually NEVER do this as I avoid cameras like the plague and am quite shy but I want to post some before pics and some pics of me now (half way through) so I have something to look at for if I ever doubt what I'm doing or if I have a bad day and need a boost!!
I HATE the 'before' pics with an absolute passion and will NEVER look that way again. I cannot wait to see my 'maintain pics' I am still struggling to see much difference in the mirror so thought If I post pics as I carry on plodding along I can add a new one every half stone or so and hopefully see a difference!
I started SW about 1 week into June. I am trying to lost 5 stone and am 1 or 2 lb off 2.5 stone down
Anyway, deep breath... here goes.......
Before:
Early September: - 1.5 stone (my first mini goal was to hit this by Bestival and here I am )
Late October: - 2.5 stone (give or take 1lb!)
