Hi all

Hope to get some more help and support doing SW from this forum. On the 8th June I decided I was giving myself the next year to really change my life. So 1 week in and I have lost 5lbs and I have started SW. I could find a meeting locally I could get to, so at the moment I am doing online. I will need lots of help I think! So here goes, hope a few people join me for ideas and support and tips.

Today's plan - EE
Breakfast - Ginger tea, Banana
Lunch - Jacket potato, salad and beans, Cheese (a)
Dinner - Stir fry veg, noodles, chicken and curry sauce (4)

Olive oil (b)

Snacks - melon, Choc orange rice bar (4.5)
 
Today's EE plan

B - boiled eggs, ham, banana
L - Jacket with tuna mayo (3), salad, sweetcorn, melon
D - Syn free shepherds pie, gravy, veg, cheese (a)

syns - Kettle baked chips (5), Meringue nest (2.5) Lemon curd 2tbs (4)
 
Today's EE plan

B - 2x boiled eggs, 2x heck sausages (1) watermelon
L- sugarsnap peas and mange tout with some turkey bolognaise
D- sweet potato wedges, syn free burger, cheese (a) courgettes and onion roasted

Pudding - meringue nest (2.5) Greek yoghurt, lemon curd (4) fruit


Snacks - fruit, dark choc orange rice bar (4.5)

Worried I might be eating too much fruit but we shall see.
 
EE plan

B - boiled eggs
L- syn free turkey bolognaise
D- steak and chips, sorbet.

Snack - Clementine

Not sure of the syns for the steak and chips, I reckon 2 for oil? 6 for the sorbet? Hoping i have come in about 15 syns or so and had a good night out guilt free!
