CONFUSED ABOUT VEGETABLES!!

I started LL lite on thursday and went for my first weigh in today and lost 7 pounds which is amazing, but i did the ketosis test and i wasnt in ketosis? so does that mean its all water i have lost?
i am eating lots of salad, mushrooms, lettuce, tomatoes, carrots, spring onions - are all of these allowed?

They are all allowed. Some people don't register on the ketostix but it doesn't necessarily mean yu are in ketosis. If you are worried then perhaps avoid the carrot and tomato for the next week. There are lots of other veggies you can have - do ou have your journey book?
