Dressings, Sauces & Dips

Hi guys!

This tread probably has been done before but I couldn't find it so thought I'd start a new one anyway :)

I think having salad for lunch is great to make sure you're eating enough SS foods, and dead easy to make and eat. They can be so versatile as well, however I always struggle with dressings. Trying to think what goes and something which isn't more fattening than having a big dirty sandwich.

So I was wondering what sauces, dips and dressings people like to make, syn free or low. I have seen some bizarre ideas on here using things like eggs with natural yoghurt (? yuk!) but all ideas welcome :) :)
 
I just season yoghurt or quark. It's different but as long as you pick flavours you like it should be ok. I use salt, pepper onion granules, garlic granules, vinegar etc
