ahh... I hope your nana isnt too bad? :bighug: Its hard to drink water when you are out and about for fear of needing to wee and there being no good toilets near by! but also dont be totally disheartened by a small gain when you are back on the plan again now! Just try that bit harder to lose it on your next weigh in! I am following step 2 too! I had a naughty day yesterday as my fiance came to see me and we visited the german markets in birmingham (so much food temptation everywhere) but I just kept thinking to myself don't ruin the last 4 days dont ruin the last 4 days! and I managed to stay clear of the really heavily carbed foods! back on it today though and didnt find it too bad. Looking bad on the week I have found it a lot easier than I thought I would too and I too am debating stepping down to SS. I may do it like a couple days out of the 7 next week if I cant manage the whole week. first weigh in tomorrow evening for me :cross:
oh wow! im looking forward to my double chin disappearing! haha! Weigh in wasn't quite as mahoosive as some peoples! But 7lbs off!!!! which I am more than happy with! Half a stone on my first week of any plan is a record for me... and I did have a day off on saturday so I really cant complain I was starting to get bored but only because I only took a few flavours from my CWPC last week. But I ordered quite a few diff flavours this week including maple porridge to have for my breakfasts (shakes for breaky were not that satisfying in the cold weather!) you should try some more flavours too? Maybe the variety will make it easier? Also I saw a tip on utube that if you add a dash of cinnamon spice to your shake it will help as cinnamon suppresses your appetite! I tried it with my choc shake and it tasted really nice! I too have taken some before pics! Cant wait to compare them in a few weeks to a skinnier version of me! Also v glad to hear your nan getting better!
7lbs is amazing well done!! I've been finding that with the shakes it's far too cold to enjoy them. I've never tried the porridge you'll have to let me know how it is? I think it's more because I didn't lose last week it set me on a downer but if I have a good loss this week I know it will keep me going, I feel amazing though and I already look so much healthier x
