My Nanna was a diabetic but she loved sweet stuff so she used to make sugar free jelly a lot.
It got a bit boring so she started to experiment, she would add, a quarter of a pint of boiling water to melt the jelly, then quarter of a pint to cool it down before adding half a pint of diet lemonade.
The lemonade makes the jelly tingle on your tongue, the kids will love it and because there's no sugar in it, it's really low on calories too, I know when I used to make it when I was on WW it had no points.
Just so long as you don't eat it with loads of ice cream, lol.
You can also put fruit in the bottom to boost your fruit intake for the day.
