Hiya everyone,
just a quick one really,
just seeing if there are any tricks or tips to tone up along the way, also if there are any exercises that are good to do to shift weight quicker, i know this diet is quick anyway, but anything just to speed it up even more really. Really want to get fit on the shakes so i can get myself in a good routine once at my target weight (thinking of the future)
