Can anyone help me with the WW app?
I have joined online and was lead to believe that you could swap from no points to tracking each day throughout the week. It seems to be that if I track and eat a ready meal or something that wouldn't be allowed as such on a no count day will be taken off my weekly points if I do any subsequent no count days?
I am thoroughly confused.
