Hi ladies and gents.
I am not new to these amazing forums, as I lost 5.5 stone in 2008 with LL. Due to extreme circumstances i.e. bereavement of husband/remarriage and subsequent birth of wonderful twins, I faced 3 stone 5lbs to lose to get back to my original loss and happy weight. So I joined CD. I have a further 1 stone 3lbs to lose to get there, but naturally I'm starting to consider the long term maintenance side of things...and hoping that the weight won't go up again due to the reasons that knocked me for six last time round!
My question is, in order to maintain at the desired target weight....how does it work? Do you go up the steps from SS/SS+ because my natural concern is I don't actually want to be any less than my target weight, because it really doesn't suit me. Or do I get to a weight near my target and then start increasing the steps? I just wanted to see the general view and how you inspirational goal acheivers have managed?!
Thank you sooo much
