I have just spent the last hour reading through all of your diaries and they are really interesting - so thought I would have a go.. I have never kept a diary before but am hoping it will help me with my journey and keep me on the straight and narrow!!
I started my "journey" in January when I tipped the scales at 335lbs! I saw a photograph taken over Christmas and was horrified - it then took me another 3 weeks to actually do something about it and the final straw was going to a conference with a collegue (who is a size 8-10) and feeling revolting and embarrased sitting next to her! So, I have been following Rosemary Connelly since then and taking Xen - I only take one tablet a day as I try to have fruit and/or yogurt and a cup-a-soup in the day then a low fat meal in the evening (I take the tablet with that) and I have lost exacly 4 stone - I guess I must be doing something right! I haven't done much exercise to date - with the exception of walking more, but am looking to start swimming the week after next!!
My next goal is our holiday booked for August - I would like to loose at least another 2 stone by then
