I have decided to follow the primal blueprint and have read about intermittent fasting but don't really understand what it is! So...could someone explain it to me in laymans terms?
Intermittent fasting (IF) is just periods of abstinence from eating. Would really be cautious about this to be honest. Get to grips with your Primal diet first off and see how you go from there. Reading this link may be helpful.
I am trying! Going to start a primal diary, I have around 100lbs to lose and my trainer is confident that I can do it by Jan/feb with paleo/primal and hard work so watch this space!
