New month, new start. Summer is on its way!
 
Woohoo! It's May :D I love May!

And woohoo! I lost 3¾lbs :) It's also crossed a psychological barrier for me weight loss wise as i've struggled to get under 13.8 for a long time! Yay! I actually did a little boogie! Roll on week 2!

Really annoyed to keep seeing my scales fluctuating up and down by 2 lbs. I'm honestly not sure what's going on.
 
Oh no, is this each morning? Are you tracking hun? I track EVERYTHING. Right shown to my cuppa. I have to or I cheat, then my hubby checks my mathsat the end if the day (and makes me accountable). I also seem to weigh heavy after I've had bread too, or eat after 7 at night.
 
Yes I track absolutely everything. It's infuriating but perhaps I have to trust it for now. In a couple of weeks I'll be able to get out walking again and maybe that will help.
 
My points have been calculated as 'sitting most of the time'
 
What about posting your days food on here? I can have a look and might see something that could help?
 
Thanks I might just do that. I'm down again today so who knows. I think I'll go easy on the bread and see if it makes a difference.
 
It could help, I'm really off it. I've realised it gives me heartburny pain and kind of sits heavy. I have it occasionally but prefer rice or spud at the mo.
How's the studying this week? How long before exams?
 
I think there's something in that.

Weighed in at home today as I haven't got time to get to meetings for the next two weeks. Also, my scales weigh only ½ lb heavier than the official WW scales so it will all correct itself. But ..... 3.5 lbs down. I'm so pleased. It seems like cutting down on the milk and bread really pays off for me!!
 
Yay! That's fantastic! Do you have probs with milk? I don't have trouble with it but I don't have a great deal myself as I have smoothies for breakfast with oatly instead. Have you tried it? It's basically just oats and water. I really like it, it's like muesli milk. About the same points as semi skimmed.

How do you get on with meetings while you're on vintage?

I do think I may have a problem with milk as if I have too much I end up craving dairy products and then if I have them I feel quite puffy.

I don't stay for meetings just go to weigh and go as if I didn't officially weigh-in I reckon I'd keep cheating.

Are you still in the zone?

Yep, totally still in it :D It's all about where your head is isn't it? I've now settled back in to pointing and feel pretty comfortable. If I have a snack attack I have a few weighed out tortilla chips and houmous or date balls and just have a lower point tea. I managed to be 3 under yesterday :)
